1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between MediaMex (hereinafter the “Provider”) and any individual or legal entity that acquires the premium profile publication services on the EatMex.mx platform (hereinafter the “Client”).

2. Objeto del servicio
EatMex.mx es una plataforma digital diseñada para ayudar a los negocios del sector restaurantero a fortalecer su presencia en línea mediante la creación de un perfil destacado en nuestra plataforma. Este perfil permite a los negocios aumentar su visibilidad y conectarse con un público más amplio.

3. Registration and Access
To access the service, the Client must register on the platform and subscribe to a premium plan.

4. Duration and Renewal
The subscription has an initial duration of one year. Unless the Client cancels their subscription at least 30 days before the renewal date, it will be automatically renewed for successive one-year periods.

5. Payment
The payment for the service is made in a single payment at the time of subscription. The accepted payment methods are credit card and bank transfer.

6. Profile Content and Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for the creation of their profile. MediaMex reserves the right to verify and, if necessary, modify or remove any content that infringes these Terms and Conditions or the law.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the EatMex.mx platform, including trademarks, logos, and designs, is the property of MediaMex.

9. Limitation of Liability
MediaMex is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or any other harm.

10. Personal Data Protection
The Client’s personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available at [https://www.eatmex.mx/privacy-policy], in compliance with Mexican legislation on data protection.

11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held responsible for the failure to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Mexican law. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City.
